Nothing can be more frightening than having an all-out anxiety or panic attack! Believe me, I know! I have dedicated my services to help others combat the effects of anxiety, depression, and grief. When that mysterious feeling hits and it feels like there is no place to run, one good thing to do is to breathe and listen to the sound of your own heartbeat! Your heart literally will speak to you with its rhythm and help to calm you down. This is a mindful way of helping you understand there is no real threat happening to you!
